How to rent artworks?
1: Selection of Artwork
Select areas where you would like to place artwork. Please provide us with digital images of your space and measurements where possible. Clients may send floor plans, fabric swatches, company branding and any other relevant material together with photographs of the various spaces to assist with the selection process.
2: Reserve & Rental Agreement
Following consultation, artworks may be reserved for 5 (five) days. Due to the high demand for artworks, it is important that client confirmation is received to ensure your selected works are reserved. A Lease Agreement listing all of the selected artwork is then drawn up and sent out for confirmation and signature.
3: Insurance
Under the rental contract terms, the client is responsible for insurance of all artworks, as well as their protection and condition until they are returned to Art Trust. We require a Certificate of Currency, which lists the individual artworks and their insurable value based on the certified valuation. The Certificate must also name Altruist Global Private Equity as an interested party for the total value of the works rented or leased.
4: Payment
Clients are invoiced for the full period of the annual Agreement up front. The payment is required before artworks can be delivered. Rental fees are generally tax deductible for businesses.
5: Delivery & Installation
If required, all artworks canl be framed and/or mounted ready for installation with instructions provided. Wecan arrange delivery and installation using art specialists who will invoice the client directly. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with transport and installation.
6: Expiry of Agreement
At the end of the contract you are welcome to renew your current rental agreement or change the selection of artworks.
